Complaint process

At Vilca Vende we believe in accountability and personal responsibility. We strive to only promote businesses and individuals who conduct themselves with honesty and integrity and provide quality goods and services at the agreed upon price. If you have had a negative interaction with any of the vendors or service providers advertised on our website please fill out this form and we will take whatever steps possible to help resolve the dispute. If a dispute can't be resolved we will discontinue our service arrangement with the business or individual concerned.
