Our vision is to unite conscious community minded business owners and community focused program facilitators to help each other build and grow their businesses and programs through cooperation, friendship, skill-sharing and collaboration. We also aim to streamline community offerings, minimize business and service redundancy, and to improve awareness of existing businesses and program offerings while also supporting the launching of new startups.

The Breakfast
The Vilca Vende Breakfast Club is a lightly structured weekly networking meeting and social event. It is hosted by a local restaurant and attendance is by invitation only extended to eligible local business owners or program facilitators by an existing breakfast club member. It gives members the opportunity to informally socialize and mingle while eating breakfast but also offers some organized, structured time for each member to have an opportunity to speak a little bit about their business, the products or services they offer and the type of client's/customers they are looking for. This educates the other members of the group about what each member can offer the community and keeps their team member's products or services on the top of their mind for when they come across anybody in their daily interactions who require these products or services and are looking for a referral from a trusted source. The meeting is also be used to brainstorm ideas to help each other build more successful businesses or programs by improving business practices, marketing strategies, use of technology etc. It is designed to be a positive, solution focused, forward thinking environment and not a complaint session.
